– Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any Product, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
– We make every effort to ensure Products meet quality standards. However, natural variations in colour, aroma, or taste of food products (especially spices and Kahwa blends) may occur.
4. Orders & Payment
– Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
– Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through secure payment gateways (including cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods made available on the website).
– You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate. We are not liable for payment failures arising from incorrect details or bank/payment gateway issues.
– Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
5. Shipping & Delivery
– We ship Products across India (subject to serviceable pincodes). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner performance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
– Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
– Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
– In case of non-delivery or damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with supporting photographs.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation
– You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not been processed or dispatched. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
– Returns are generally not accepted once the Product has been delivered, except in cases of:
– Damaged, defective, or incorrect Product received.
– Manufacturing defect or quality issue (reported with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery).
– Opened, used, or partially consumed packages are not eligible for return or refund.
– Perishable or sealed food items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
– Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
